*Contact phone number & email address

*What repairs need to be done

*Copy of your receipt or purchase order number

Bluestone is not responsible for any lost orders – items being shipped back to our facility during transit, we do suggest purchasing additional shipping insurance via – UPS, FEDEX or USPS.

Bluestone always purchases additional insurance just in case the order gets lost in transit.
